I Provide:
psychotherapy and counselling services for individuals, families, or groups. I have extensive experience working with children of ALL abilities, with a genuine passion for supporting youth, teens, and adults with ADHD and ASD. I provide, through compassionate collaboration; strategies and education for those living with Neurodiversity. I believe in everyone big and small learning to love, accept and be exactly who they are!

Thank you for stopping by!
My own curiosity has inspired my deepest passion to support others, also inquisitive and courageous in their journeys to invite change and more happiness into their lives. The name FLOURISH FORWARD is based on the concept of flourishing in the moment of each day and that at any age and stage, we are meant to grow, change and learn. Just looking around at all that is flourishing can be a mindful practice and a reminder that our own opportunities to flourish, are there, they just first need to be recognized. Like the different sky changing every day, we too can rise to love, accept and be who we truly are, emitting a similar beauty each new day.
I SUPPORT:
the area of Neurodivergence for youth and adults. This may include emotional regulation strategies, coping skills, morning, and sleep routines, reducing stress, understanding and managing anxiety symptoms, goal setting, social pressures, low self-esteem and confidence. Additionally, support is offered for emotional and mental health literacy, bridging home-school connections, parental coaching and support for educators. Those wanting a fresh start in an area of their life may be interested in self-care plans, mindfulness practice, self-reflection skills, self-compassion, and skills of forgiveness and acceptance.
