My Approach
I am a Humanistic psychotherapist, who prioritizes you and your needs in a person-centered, safe, and trusting space. I also integrate brain-body, emotional-focused, attachment-based and compassion-focused theories to support you in recognizing and managing distressful symptoms. You matter and as you realize this and get comfortable with this process, we can explore and practice individualized, hands-on strategies to manage the stress, anxiety, and pressures you may be experiencing.
These practices allows for improved understanding, and awareness, which can be proceeded with powerful choices to act. I understand how life can feel like it’s controlling us, which can lead to a loss of self, lack of purpose, and lowered energy/emotion/motivation. I will model ways that may lead to healthier and empowered mindsets, which also align with wherever you are on your journey of change, healing, and desired outcomes. Let’s together use your strengths to find new solutions, and gently explore the pathway forward!
