The clinic
The clinic is located in a beautiful, picturesque country setting with nature flourishing abundantly and Clydesdales horses creating a captivating vista. You can enjoy privacy and parking at this natural setting. Indoors, there is a warm and inviting space with access to a washroom and comfortable seating. A ping-pong table is used if a client prefers to engage in physical/play activities to support talking. For children, there are multiple play avenues, including toys, visuals, and games to motivate their playfulness and natural curiosities.

Fees for Services
Fees for Services are due at the end of the session. Individual sessions are $150.00. Family sessions are $175.00. Clients are encouraged to check in with their insurance plans or health providers to inquire ahead of time about their eligible coverage. Clients are expected to pay for sessions and will then be issued a receipt for reimbursement.
Booking and Cancellation Policies
I offer in-person, online video therapy, or telephone calls to meet the diverse needs of my clients. Clients are encouraged to reach out to me via email or phone to inquire about a free 15-minute consultation or availability to schedule a full session. Consultations are by phone or online video calls only. Clients are asked to arrive as close to their scheduled time as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I require a full 24 hours’ notice. If you miss a session or fail to cancel 24 hours before; my policy is to collect the full session fee.
